When To Call Me For Coaching
When you can’t imagine things getting better,
it is time to rely on hope.
And when you can’t believe
in hope, it’s time
to call on courage.
And if you’re tempted to say you
just can’t find
the courage, then it's time to do what everyone else is doing
anyway – pretend. It’s amazing how far it takes
you.
And this is what I want to help others to find. We may like
things the
way they are, or we may hate things as they are.
But the way things are is not the way things have to be.
Maybe you
- are redesigning your life
- have lost a child, parent, spouse, or other family member
- are facing divorce
- are moving far from your current home
- have lost a job or business
- are getting married
- have suffered a serious accident or illness
- have received a job promotion
- have added a child to your family
- are caretaker for an ill or disabled family member
'Happy' events can be as traumatic to handle as 'tragic' events.
We can experience enormous stress from both 'good' and 'bad'
things happening in our lives.
I can help you through the transition from where you've been
to where you're going - even if you're not too sure where that
is!
Thank you for your support, Muriel! I
know it's a long road, but better start walking on it
while the sun is up. Thanks for helping it shine.

My Approach
The best way to describe my approach to coaching
is engaged, natural, and highly personal. My intuition and
extensive business experience help me bring out the best in
my clients.
Having a coach has been compared to having a “Silent
Partner”. The client gets all of the credit, but the
Silent Partner, the coach, is there to share the journey, keep
the client focused and help guide the client toward his or
her goals in the most efficient and effective manner.
What You Need To Do With Me
You will be guided and encouraged to adapt yourself to the
concept of distraction.
I will show you that it is possible to do things in a new
way, and expect you to be willing to try new ways and experience
new things.
You will consider my suggestions. You will either agree to
try, disagree to try, or will make a counter offer.
You
will agree to talk to me about what you feel, what you miss,
and what you like about the new life.
You will openly discuss
what you like about the new way-life-situation and what you
miss the most about the former.
What Results Will Come From Coaching
You will achieve more self-confidence,
will enjoy the discovery of new interests, and open yourself
to new, although different,
situations.
You will learn that you are capable of more than you had
imagined.
You will feel courageous and empowered.
You will feel proud
of an accomplishment you never would previously have anticipated
or believed you could have
accomplished.
You will create balance between caring for yourself and caring
for others; and between work life and personal life.
You will learn that it is possible to enjoy new experiences
despite feelings of anxiety or fear.
Muriel was able to guide me into seeing
that I had to make a decision because it was the right
one for me and my future and not the one that suited
only the needs of other people.
