One of the biggest problems people have to face is accepting the reality of a situation that may not be what they wanted or chose.

One of the most difficult challenges is giving up the former situation
and accepting that it is gone, over.

One of the main predicaments is letting go of the past, accepting and believing that it is really gone, and permitting yourself to envision yourself in the new situation. Until you can envision yourself in the new life, you cannot begin to create it.
